We are currently seeking a Robotics Engineerto join our fast-paced, diverse, and safety-centric team. This role will support the design, integration, and testing of robotic systems used in our products and customer applications. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work alongside experienced engineers, build your technical skills, and contribute to real-world automation solutions. The ideal candidate is a solutions-oriented engineer who enjoys problem-solving, learning by doing, and working with cutting-edge robotics technology.
A typial day as a Robotics Engineer can include:
- Support the design, assembly, and testing of robotic systems, including robots, end effectors, machine vision, welding and control systems
- Assist with technical inquiries and proposal development, including gathering data and supporting bill of materials (BOMs)
- Collaborate on system integration and simulations using CAD and robotic software tools
- Contribute to lab testing, prototype development, troubleshooting, and system commissioning
- Prepare technical documentation and partner with internal teams to support product improvements and customer solutions

Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in robotics, automation, or electromechanical systems (internships, co-ops, or academic projects strongly preferred)
- Foundational knowledge of robotic systems and basic programming or controls concepts
- Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks) and motion control systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, team-oriented approach

Compensation RangeThe compensation range that is listed is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. A team member's pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location and prevailing minimum wage, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

Must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm in Huntley, IL
