About the Role

Join the R&D team at a Series A robotics startup building software for AI-driven robots in production environments. You will work across the robotics stack, helping deliver systems that translate software into reliable performance in real-world facilities.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate real-time robot software, motion planning optimization, and machine learning pipelines across platforms.

  • Build and maintain data-labeling interfaces, perception systems, and optimizing compilers for robotics applications.

  • Work across firmware, robotics software, and cloud infrastructure to address technical challenges.

  • Collaborate with teammates to design, develop, and ship systems for robotic applications.

  • Deploy software in customer facilities and improve real-world robotic performance.

What We're Looking For

  • One to three years of software engineering experience in robotics, automation, or embedded systems.

  • Strong Python skills; experience with TypeScript and React is a plus.

  • Experience shipping software for physical robotic systems, such as manipulation or autonomous hardware, in production or customer environments.

  • Hands-on experience integrating hardware and software, with understanding of full-system robotics.

  • Familiarity with relevant technologies such as ROS, C/C++, Docker, Kubernetes, and systemd.

  • Strong programming fundamentals, end-to-end ownership, and comfort working across a broad technical stack in a fast-moving environment.

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, robotics, or a related engineering field.
