The facility provides integrated access to machine shops, testing grounds, and prototyping infrastructure, allowing teams to iterate on hardware without the typical friction of sourcing external fabrication or test sites. Founders and engineers live and work on the property, with a communal living structure that mirrors the intensity of programs like Y Combinator but oriented specifically toward hardware development.

The campus model addresses a core constraint in hardware startups: the gap between a CAD model and a field-tested prototype.
