Merit Manufacturing is a contract manufacturer of personal care and beauty products, operating a 120,000-square-foot facility in the Detroit metropolitan area, Michigan. Founded in 2017, the company runs over 20 active production lines with capacity exceeding 2 million units per month. Its technical domains span formulation design, liquid filling, hot pours and waxes, powder filling, packaging, labeling, and fulfillment services.

The facility is equipped with 13 fully staffed mixing tanks ranging from 1L to 7,500L, supported by 9 in-house chemists. Production lines handle a range of personal care formats - from liquids and powders to hot-pour waxes - integrating filling, packaging, labeling, and downstream fulfillment into a single operation.
