Heaviside Industries, Inc.

Defense hardware company building autonomous precision munitions and RF spectrum systems for U.S. and allied forces across air, land, and sea, designed for GPS-denied and jammed environments.

Heaviside Industries, Inc. is a defense hardware company developing autonomous precision munitions for U.S. and allied special operations and conventional forces. The systems are designed for contested environments - specifically GPS-denied operation and spectrum-jammed conditions - across air, land, and sea. Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Los Angeles, California with a presence in Oslo, Norway, the company emerged from stealth with a $28 million Series A and has since raised a $60 million Series B. A strategic partnership with Nammo is in place.

Three platforms span the operational domains. MOTH is a land-based platform for radio-frequency spectrum analysis. TYR is an air-based loitering munition. NYX is built for underwater missions. The technical stack runs from airframe design and avionics through RF and radio-frequency electronics, embedded and robotics software, GPS-denied navigation, and electronic warfare resilience.

Engineering, manufacturing, and production are handled in-house, with hardware and software co-developed rather than integrated from external subsystems. The stated design targets are economical and precise autonomous capability at operational scale, with reduced cost and collateral damage relative to traditional strike methods. The team is more than 50 engineers and operators; work spans autonomous systems, loitering and unmanned undersea vehicles, and the manufacturing systems required to build them at volume.
