We are seeking a diligent and proactive Mechanical Intern to join our Projects Team. You will be instrumental in designing customized mechanical racking solutions, resolving deployment-related mechanical challenges, and ensuring the seamless production and assembly of robotic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop customized racking solutions tailored to specific deployment site requirements.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and efficiently resolve mechanical issues arising during site deployments.
- Document and communicate all mechanical challenges and site-specific insights comprehensively, collaborating closely with the R&D team to drive continuous product improvement.
- Coordinate and follow up on production activities for racking systems, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct thorough quality control inspections on racking components before and during deployment to maintain high-quality standards.
- Assist the R&D team in smaller, rapid-response tasks and quick mechanical fixes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support and actively participate in the production and assembly processes of robotic systems, ensuring accurate execution according to project specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in mechanical production roles.
- Proficiency in CAD softwares like Fusion, SolidWorks.
- Strong understanding of mechanical production processes and project management principles.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
