Sierra Studio

Sierra Studio is an AI engineering studio and product development partner that works with founders and business leaders to design, develop, and ship software across web, mobile, and AI. The team spans the United States and Brazil as a distributed unit, with experience drawn from startups through global enterprises. Engineering work concentrates on AI-first development and AI workflow modernization: building AI systems tuned to a client's specific data, teams, and goals rather than layering generic SaaS tooling onto existing processes.

Alongside client product development, the studio runs staffing solutions placing technical professionals at growing companies, and an Entrepreneur in Residence program that lets team members use Sierra's resources and ecosystem to explore and launch their own businesses. Industry focus covers startups and enterprise businesses building technology and software products.

The stated operating principles are product and customer centricity, ownership, and a growth mindset within a supportive, human-first environment. Work is delivered by a distributed team, so collaboration is remote-friendly across US and Brazil time zones.
