At RobCo, we automate the ordinary, so humans can do the extraordinary. To achieve this, we are looking for an ambitious Robotic Service Engineer (m/f/d) to help us establish RobCo as leading provider of automation solutions.

You are the driving force behind the successful maintenance and servicing of our equipment. Your technical expertise and commitment ensure that our customers are satisfied in the long term.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and replacement of componentson existing systems and performance of fault analyses for rapid restoration of production capability.

  • Optimization of robot systemsin our modern Robflow no-code programming interface – from re-teaching positions to process adjustments based on your findings.

  • Remote support for customer systems, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and assistance with technical issues.

  • Proactive process evaluation for early detection of potential malfunctions, as well as collaboration with product development and solution engineering—your feedback is crucial for improving future systems.

We're looking for someone who has:

What you bring to the table

  • Technical expertise:

    • highly proficient with computers and software -> work with our innovative No-Code robot programming software

    • object oriented programming background is a plus

    • Training in automation technology, e.g., as a mechatronics engineer, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification.

  • Practical experience and passion:

    • Initial experience in commissioning or maintaining automation solutions or similar technologies—and enthusiasm for innovative technical challenges.

  • Mobility and customer focus: You have a driver's license, enjoy traveling – up to. 70% throughout the US – and love supporting customers on site. In doing so, you ensure that our systems run reliably, understand their needs, and actively contribute to successful projects.

  • Structured approach to work:

    • Precise documentation and clear communication are a matter of course for you.

    • Team spirit and problem-solving skills:

    • You enjoy working with different departments and find pragmatic solutions that comply with standards or set new benchmarks.

  • Language skills: Very good English skills round off your profile, german is a big plus
