We are seeking an Associate Director to lead our Process Innovation initiatives at our integrated resort, known for its focus on excellence and innovation. This role will concentrate on developing innovations that improve guest satisfaction and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Become an Expert: Gain a thorough understanding of our global operations and processes.
- Implement Lean Six Sigma: Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and execute process improvement opportunities internationally.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and statistical analysis to prioritize initiatives and assess the effectiveness of process innovations.
- Adopt Advanced Technologies: Integrate new tools and technologies to improve operational processes.
- Optimize Workflows: Conduct time-and-motion studies to refine workflows.
- Performance Metrics: Develop, monitor, and report on key operational performance metrics.
- Cultivate Innovation: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization.
- Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel up to 25%, including international trips, to collaborate with teams and partners.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 7 years in process engineering, with a proven record of strategic and analytical problem-solving in various contexts.
- Lean Six Sigma Expertise: Strong foundation in Lean Six Sigma or other quality enhancement methodologies.
- Data Management Skills: Proficiency in database management, data visualization, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Minitab, R, MySQL).
- Kaizen Experience: Experience leading or participating in Kaizen initiatives.
- Workflow Mapping: Familiarity with operational workflow mapping.
- Task Management: Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Curiosity and Problem-Solving: A strong desire to understand systems, perform root-cause analyses, and resolve complex issues.
- Self-Starter: Independent and motivated, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Innovation Measurement: Proven ability to measure impacts using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or statistical analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

- Data Visualization Expertise: Experience with data visualization and analytical applications (e.g., Tableau, Minitab, R, MySQL).
