Botsync

Botsync builds Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and industrial automation systems for factory and warehouse intralogistics, replacing manual material handling with automated material movement. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Singapore, the company deploys across enterprise sites in Asia, working in manufacturing, warehousing, and supply chain operations where robots have to operate in existing facilities without requiring major changes to infrastructure.

The software side is centered on syncOS, a no-code platform described as an industry first. It is designed to let manufacturers and warehouse operators integrate, reprogram, and scale automation systems without deep technical expertise, which places a premium on interface design, fleet configuration tooling, and deployment workflows that can be handed to plant personnel rather than robotics specialists. Engineers on the team work across the hardware/software boundary - AMR platforms, autonomy and navigation for intralogistics environments, and the tooling layer that governs how those robots are commissioned and re-tasked.

The engineering focus is on rapid, low-friction deployment and scalability: getting robots running in live operations quickly, keeping the system usable for non-expert operators, and supporting fleet expansion without re-architecting. The team is composed of robotics engineers and automation specialists working on both the robots themselves and the software that makes them operable at scale.
