AI Talent Now

AI Talent Now, LLC is a direct-hire recruiting firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with nationwide coverage across the United States. It places IT, engineering, and artificial intelligence professionals, and works within Manufacturing & Robotics as one of its industry verticals, alongside IT, Engineering, and Financial Services & Fintech. Candidates placed through the firm are hired directly by the client organization.

The firm's technical coverage spans artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, and AI tools and architecture, with additional capability on the legacy side of the stack - described as "Cobol to Cloud." For engineering candidates, this means the firm handles both modern autonomy/ML-adjacent roles and positions where older control, financial, or manufacturing systems still form the production base and have to interoperate with newer cloud and AI components.

AI Talent Now serves both organizations with critical staffing needs and candidates, and offers career discussion calls as part of its process. The team brings over 30 years of combined Information Technology talent experience. Engagements are structured as personalized talent solutions rather than high-volume sourcing, with an emphasis on relationship-driven recruiting.
